About Katrina

I am a twenty-plus year veteran of this incredible research industry, where we invest daily in the lives of patients who desperately need cures.

I play an incredibly small, but vital, role in creating hope where there might otherwise be none. And I do it with the most brilliant and dedicated people I’ve ever met in my life.

As my CV states, I am personally and professionally inspired by people and organizations who share a passion to partner with those in need, who function with integrity, speak thoughtfully, and lead confidently.

I feel most empowered when I’m having thoughtful conversations about strategic data management: from eCRF development to vendor reconciliations to a successful database lock. I have always advocated that there is extensive strategy when it comes to everything we do in Clinical Data Management, and it’s that careful planning and precise execution that produces the most compelling results.

I always end each day with an awareness that it is never really about me. Until… one day it is. One day, someone I love, or even I, will need this life-saving and/or life-giving research to thrive, and I will truly understand and treasure the human inspiration, innovation and excellence it took to bring those solutions to life.
